1. Eligibility

US Chat is intended for adults aged 18 or older. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that your access is lawful where you are located.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use US Chat for harassment, impersonation, fraud, spam, extortion, trafficking, or any illegal conduct. You also agree not to upload, request, or distribute content that violates safety laws, child-safety rules, or platform policies.

3. Anonymous and device-based access

US Chat may rely on device-linked identifiers instead of traditional public sign-up. You are responsible for the activity that occurs through your device and for protecting access to that device.

4. User content

You keep ownership of the content you create, but you grant US Chat a limited right to store, display, distribute, and moderate that content as needed to operate the product and enforce policies.

5. Moderation and enforcement

We may remove content, restrict features, block devices, or suspend access when we reasonably believe rules, laws, or safety requirements have been violated. In urgent situations, enforcement may happen without advance notice.

6. Disclaimer

US Chat is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, successful matches, or the conduct of other users. Offline meetings and personal disclosures are your own responsibility.
